After recent events in Torbay, it has become clear that we need to provide more information and guidance to our members regarding the implementation of the new Pay and Grading system that the authority is seeking to 'individually consult' on.
You will find links within this area to essential information regarding Equal Pay (even how Torbay Council has decided to implement it!) and our position on this. You will also find important documents relataing to Equal Pay and the Job Evaluation process in Torbay
